Christian Wethered's work has featured in PN Review, Poetry Ireland Review, Poetry Wales, The Moth, The London Magazine, The Belfield Review and The Madrigal. He was selected for Poetry Ireland Introduction Series, and earned funding from Arts and Disability Connect, Poetry Ireland Poetry Towns, and a PhD development fund from UCD. In 2020 his poem 'M1' accompanied David Fox's 'An Altered Land' at the Olivier Cornet Gallery, Dublin, and he was anthologised in ‘Writing Home’, ‘Local Wonders’ and ‘The Book of Life’ by Dedalus Press. In 2022 he won the Hume Prize, and was also selected to read for UCD Library Special Collections.
